HYGIENE AND ILLNESS.
If you are unwell, under the weather, have any type of infection, cold or illness we CANNOT treat you.
If you have active psoriasis, dermatitis or an active skin infection we CANNOT treat you.
If you have unhealthy bacteria on the teeth or gums, we CANNOT treat you.
If you have an infected piercing, we CANNOT treat you.
All of the above if for your own safety and wellbeing as all of these issues can directly impact your healing process and although we take optimum steps to minimise any risk of infection, these issues greatly increase your chances of infection.
If you become unwell or have any of the above, we would much prefer that you reschedule your appointment.If you attend your appointment with any of the above medical issues, we will have to turn you away and treat you another time.
When booking a treatment at Lulu Cosmetics, you can use the online booking link in our Instagram bio. Or, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org or direct message our Instagram account. The latter two may cause a delay in your booking if sent after 6pm in the evening.
When booking, you are required to pay a 20% deposit of your treatment. You will then pay the remainder of your balance on the day of your treatment. You can pay with either cash or card in the clinic.
A 20% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. You can move this appointment ONCE with 48 hours notice to a date within 12 weeks. You MUST read the FULL T&Cs before booking your appointment (via our website/Instagram). If you reschedule your appointment for a second time or cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up on the day of your treatment, you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. If you are more than 15 minutes late this is deemed as a no show and you may also be charged for the appointment if the technician can not longer treat you.
Please ensure you have read all information on our website www.lulucosmetics.co.uk for the treatment you have booked, including contraindications and patch test requirements. If you arrive for your treatment and are unable to go ahead with treatment due to not following the instructions provided, the full price of the treatment will be charged.
No U18s without prior consent.
If you have a medical condition or you are taking any medication, please inform us of this prior to booking an appointment. This includes skin treatments, laser treatments, pregnancy, breast feeding or recent surgery. Please note, we complete a full medical consultation on the day of your treatment and it is rare that clients cannot go ahead with their chosen treatment.
If you do not read our terms and conditions on the Lulu Cosmetics website but book an appointment and you can cannot have a treatment done due to contraindications, you may also be charged for your appointment.
There is plenty of PAY & DISPLAY parking around the Lulu Cosmetics premises. Directly outside our clinic is PERMIT HOLDERS ONLY so do not park here. During high traffic times *Fridays, Weekends & Evenings* please leave at least 15 minutes to park. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we may have to reschedule your treatment slot as we are often back to back with clients.
CHILDREN & GUESTS.
When attending your appointment, it is preferred that you attend alone. However, if you would like a family member/friend with you, please keep this to just ONE.
We are a small boutique clinic and simply do not have the space to accommodate extra people, particularly during busy periods as our waiting areas are reserved for clients waiting for treatments.
For all our lovely mummies, if you are bringing your little ones with you, please ensure you have an extra person to mind your child in the reception area whilst your treatment is being done. This can be for up to 45 minutes.
There are sharps, heated tools and heavy objects around the clinic, particularly in the treatment rooms that are not child friendly.
If you cannot find childcare, we would be more than happy to rearrange your appointment to find a more suitable time/date.
Both children & extra guests can be a great distraction to our technicians. We want all our clients to leave with the best results possible so it is crucial that our technicians can give 100% care and attention to your procedure and treatment outcome.
